Pros

The work here is serious and customer service is THE top priority but, the management makes it a fun place to work as well. There is always a new bonus reward program going on for the silliest things just to keep up the fun environment. The pay is quite good and the benefits are above or comparable to ny othe company out there.

Cons

My only beef is the lack of parking in downtown Ottawa. This isn't really the company's fault but, I would recommend possibly a subsidy.
