    Pros

    They care about its people. Always follow up when you submit a request to them. I have worked for other contracting companies before and they are the best so far.

    Cons

    So far I have not had any bad experience with the company or its personnel. They are really appreciative of you and your work.

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

    Solid pay-rolling and back office operations.

    Cons

    Benefits are expensive if you want them. Recruiting lacks any real depth. Company is getting smaller while competitors are growning.

    Advice to Management

    Bring in some new leadership. Old ideas are not keeping pace with todays technology and methods.

    The job is very flexible and management is great

    Cons

    Pay is very low considering how much other contracting companies pay

    Pay your employees who work really hard more and they will consider sticking around

    Pros

    Sometimes you are taken out to dinner and get food brought to work.

    Cons

    Micromanaged, low salary, raises not given, management doesn't want you to move up or to a better position, work hours not flexible, basically you're treated like a child.

    Advice to Management

    Give raises to your employees and show that you value their contribution to the team. If employees had more incentives to stay, the turnover wouldn't be so high. Help employees find opportunities to grow their career.

    Some of management cares about the employees
    HR tries to do the right thing
    Customer satisfaction a high priority

    Favoritism within the ranks

    Review should be given into all departments where promotion are given. Promotions are given on relationships and not for knowledge and performance

    Pros

    The corporate staff are fair & friendly - generally a good group to work with and for. Management truly values honesty & integrity. Management works to not only make APC a successful company but also a good corporate citizen.

    Cons

    Benefits are standard for the industry and size of the company, but not outstanding. Lots of paperwork and corporate policies.
