Pros

Good Salary, great atmosphere, and genuinely good culture in in the office. Managers seemed genuinely interested in helping you be successful.

Cons

There were no benefits and the hours were sometimes very long. Not a lot of gratification for being very good at at your job.

Advice to Senior Management

I would recommend less micromanagement and providing more awards and accomplishments for excellent workers. It's nice to be noticed for doing a good job.

I thought the people were nice and i liked the building. There was a lot of flexibility and good communication

Cons

I thought they could have had a better benefit package and management could have been better. They had a hard time keeping me.

Advice to Senior Management

i think they could have provided more support and less meetings. we were not efficient with our time. oh well.
