    Poor treatment.....CRAZY schedule

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsRDH, love my job, end of story!

ConsWay way too many patients seen per day. Double booked with only 1/2 for new patient exams. They schedule counting on cancelations. The attitude with taking state insurance is poor. Get them in, get them out. High burn out rate for RDHs. No full time offered.

Advice to Senior ManagementDoesn't matter, so I won't waste my time

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Very stressful place to work. Poor treatement of employees by management.

    Dental Assistant (Former Employee)

ProsVacation days after one year. And a few sick days. 50% off personal dental care.

ConsLong days, hard laboring non-stop pace...One person doing the work of two. Unfair and disrespectful treatement by supervisors. Employees aren't screened well and there is a large turn-over of them. No raises are given. And the health care benefits they offer are unaffordable on the wages they pay you. You have to pay for it yourself at 100%.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease provide training to mid management and HR dept. Hold meetings with guest speakers perhaps on how to handle different personality types, how to keep your cool when dealing with conflict etc. When your employees are miserable because of disrespectful treatment, and being over worked and underappreciated, the entire office moral suffers, and sadly so do the patients in the long run.

An unprofessional work environment with unprofessional management and poor work ethic

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsYou can ask for a possible transfer to an alternate office, being that they have 20+ different locations available within NJ and PA.

ConsNo raises. You have to pay 100% of medical benefits for a yr., and after company pays small percentage. Poor communication. Poor work and business ethics. No managerial support. Unprofessional working environment. Unfair employee treatment. Poor management skills.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey should take a look at who they put in charge to run their business. Allied seems to forget that when certain incompetent individuals are placed to manage others, you will not succeed in business. A successful business is conducted when you have satisfied employees. When you continue to ignore toxic management, your employee turnover rate is evident and at an ultimate high.
