    Pros

The level of technology used here is very impressive. Cutting edge technology coupled with generous training makes this a great place to learn new skills. Would highly recommend Allstate for those beginning their careers.

    Cons

The company is going through some transformation which is great, but not everyone is on the same page. Lots of politics within management and you definitely have to play the game to get ahead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize strong leaders and promote based on performance not networking skills.

    Pros

Great benefits; 401K and pension plan; great people; quality atmosphere; value and take good care of their customers

    Cons

Growth potential is highly dependent upon mobility/going to Home Office

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create incentives for innovation and fresh ideas, encourage bottom-up changes, reduce top-down implementations from home office, embrace the idea that agency sales are a shrinking majority of insurance sales and growth potential is online/app based.
