The pay in IT was very competitive.
    Good "on-the-spot" type recognition programs.
    Very supportive of "work-life" balance

    Get out while you can

Vice President (Current Employee) Alpharetta, GA

ProsConvenience (location) and money. Flourishing business. Additionally the years invested in the company. A good lifestyle

ConsNo career growth opportunities. Management lacks ability. Merit has a very miniscule weightage in carreer growth. A very conservative white southern company. Lack of appreciation of diversity

Advice to Senior ManagementThe "cash cow" is what keeps the Senior Management afloat. They need to be prepared for the bad times by investing and keeping meritorious people on the payroll.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
