    Pros

-office closes early on Fridays and many Jewish holidays off -flexible work schedules if you work hard and show you can still get your job done -flexible job descriptions, meaning you have the opportunity to take on more and better work if you show initiative (but don't expect gratitude or better pay for it, just use it for more hands-on experience to add to your resume) -good location across from Rockefeller Plaza

    Cons

-low pay and few benefits -low morale -no systematic/regular reviews or chances for a raise -nepotism and favoritism -office politics to an extreme degree -disorganized and unprofessional

    Advice to Management

Operate more like a meritocracy. Reward hard and good work with regular promotions and raises to keep good employees. Stop promoting people based solely on their confident attitudes and whether they look the part, and instead take a hard look at whether they know how to do their jobs and how to manage people. Have regular reviews of low-level employees by their managers so they know how to improve and of managers by their departments so upper management can see who is working and who isn't.

    Pros

    - Small Teams, good co-workers - You can develop some skills for the future.

    Cons

    - Worst pay for the position. - No performance review - No salary review - No respect from management

    Advice to Management

Go take some people management class. At-least start respecting employees specially from different races. Talk to the lower level employees, probably department heads are showing you a wrong picture.
