Pros – Open communication, friendly employees, good benefits, management is very accessible
Cons – The usual issues that come with a growing company, trying to get policies and procedures in place.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue communication with staff about status of bank and what's happening.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
