A good environment to learn, experience is not as important as willingness to learn. People are friendly and easy going.

Cons

Very low pay comparing to most other places, long work hours, very repetitive work once you learn the curve. You are stuck on Microsoft technology most of the time.

Advice to Senior Management

increase compensation if you want to retain talented people. Also increasing the rate you charge client might also help, try to branch into other technologies.
