Cons
Heavy competition for market share from Canadian Linen, Cintas, G&K Services. No Sales Coordinator or Sales Assistant. No residual commissions. Customer Service staff overly busy and not oriented to Outside Sales support. Sales territories dishonored. Outside Sales called on to support Customer Service duties and functions including A/R Collections, Deliveries and New Installations. High turnover (100 Percent) of new hires of Outside Sales staff after 6 months. Inconsistent Job Description. Unfocused duality or subjective interpretation during Performance Reviews.
