Advice to Senior Management – Focus on strengthening what ALT Software does best before pursuing new technologies that will require extensive business development before they become steady revenue streams.

Young staff.
Prime downtown office location.

Cons – Contract work makes for a large variation in work loads.
Scope creep on past projects resulted in poorly compensated overtime.

Advice to Senior Management – If you aren't going to develop a product, stick to contract employees. Get back into the Waterloo Coop program. Some of the best past employees came from there.
