Pros
The complany is very small which gives a feeling of family and a good work environment. You will also be challenged with new tasks daily because they need people to contribute where needed. This provides you with the ability to easily transition from division to division (engineering to clinical research for example).
Cons
The company is struggling financially and hires and lays of people in cycles based on whether they get grants.
