*** company is trying to save the money, therefore you can not always get what you need to do you job well and in a timely manner; as a result, work productivity suffers

The environment is average/fair, the compensation is average, the people are nice, the location is pretty good, the campus is quite good.

Political from top to bottom, too little risk taking, career advancement is quite lacking.
Top management OK. Middle management mostly mediocre. If you have ambitions, better be strong politically to advance.
Advice to Senior Management
don't just talk the talk, it's time to walk the walk. the bottom is starting to have morale cracks. invest in the direction that you want to go, not just keep talking about it.

Holidays are minimal compared to other companies

Managers without experience, need to be mentored.
