For any young graduate looking for excellent practical experience in fields like engineering, I think Aluworks is the place. Has a flexible shift system of working.

Cons

I think the remuneration rates are currently below standard for most employees and some adjustments would greatly help. Also, there isn't much career advancement programs available for employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Good work being done but they should strive harder at making production continue and reaching maximum capacity since there will be no profits without these two elements.
