Pros
Allow a lot of self freedom and management trust
Cons
Does not help employees grow, no balance between work and personal life, very demanding
Pros
If you are able to be a yes master kind of a guy and willing to dance to the tunes of people above you, it is a perfect place. You will get out of turn hikes and can retire in peace and probably get reemployed as a consultant after your super annuation
Cons
The Managment is clue less about what they are doing. Supposed to be a technology company with virtually non existant R&D. The R&D and Product Development head used to be a Lawyer but education. Absolutely no focus on business development and clue less about where the industry is heading. Extremely over staffed with useless people.
Advice to Senior Management
Wake up before you sink with the ship
Pros
Technology is great. Learning Wireless Technology such as WiMAX is cool. Over all, employee is nice to each other. The company is heading to the right path. This company will survive for a long time since they manage the company's spending and control product's cost very well.
Cons
They are kind of cheap as employee benifit goes. But not the worst. This company is traded on Nasdaq but it runs like a foreign company. Upper managers will suddenly talk in the meeting to each other using their native language. This makes other us employee feel uncomfortable sometime.
Advice to Senior Management
Be fair to treat employee from different race.
