Pros
Very nice office atmosphere with a well stocked kitchen. If you need it, then you ordered. No questions asked.

Pros
Good benefits, some great people in the office; somewhat flexible working hours. Training offered for support staff.
Cons
Strong distinction between "revenue producing" staff and support staff. Overtime and going "above and beyond" not acknowledged verbally or rewarded financially.
Advice to Senior Management
Care about your suppot staff; without them your job is only half done.
