    Pros

    Good beneftis package. Strong thought leadership and general fairness with work/life balance.

    Cons

    Poor internal communication between department and business units. VERY beaucratic, more than most companies of comparable size.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Improve top to bottom communications, improve process for merit/performance based bonus compensation plans.
