    Pros

Company values: takes care of people, fosters growth and coaching/training, rewards top performers, no politics. The company works with great relationship experts, who provide solid advice and really care about helping people be happy in their love lives. Teams are proud of what they do, and care about doing a great job. It's great to work with smart, driven individuals, who work hard to create results. Even working virtually, there's a strong culture of collaboration.

    Cons

Tight budget and very streamlined teams, so it's hard to get everything done with low resources. Top performers usually work long hours and expectation is very high (while most of this is driven by their own passion, burnout can still occur.) Virtual environment sometimes gets lonely, and the team doesn't meet very often.

    Advice to Management

Continue hiring top performers. Push for more work-life balance for team members, while the company grows and can afford more cross-training and backups.

    Pros

working from home for a business that offers decent pay and benefits. major decisions are made with data, not just hunches. the team is encouraged to find ways to be more collaborative and efficient. top performers can grow from customer service to more senior roles within the business.

    Cons

infrequent opportunities to work with other team members in-person. challenges adapting to working in a purely virtual environment and learning how to communicate with different types of people.

    Advice to Management

push more boundaries on virtual collaboration. increase benefits.
