    Pros

Academic freedom, great co-workers, good environment, holidays off.

    Cons

Not the best salary, but benefits are good.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of upper management and faculty who are no longer innovative. Need motivated people with fresh ideas and a passion for what they do.

    Pros

A great place to work! Very open and accommodating for family needs and flex time. They have great Summer hours are nice as well. Christmas break is mandatory, but paid. The dress code is very easy to live with and working conditions are good as well.

    Cons

Not much advancement and the pay is not the best, but benefits are good.

    Advice to Management

Pay increases and alignments are wise to keep key employees.

    Pros

    The benefits are good.

Work/life balance is better than most jobs

    Cons

    No opportunities for growth
No chance for pay raises beyond yearly 2-3% increase that everyone receives
    Pay is below average
No incentive to work hard. What's the point if colleagues who don't pull their weight, make more than me while my contributions are ignored.
    HR runs the place

    Advice to Management

Employee morale is low, very low. Even employees who don't speak up are unhappy. If you want good employees to stay, you need to stick up for them and show them that you value you them. AC has the potential to be a great place to work, but it's not.

    Advice to Management

There's not much advise I can give management because for the most part they were top notch with good listening and communication skills.
