Pros
Very friendly atmosphere to work in, all the employees are nice. The Doctor is also the owner, which makes it easy to get in touch with him at any time if needed, and he has great knowledge of his field, and is willing to share completely.
Cons
The business practices are not consistent, many of the daily duties of employees are constantly changing, and growing. The employees are not valued by the employer for their abilities and it shows.
Advice to Senior Management
Offer more incentives to employees for sales to keep your bottom line up. Standardize pricing and practices and put them into writing for ease of access.
