    Pros

You have a lot of agency. If you can justify why something needs to happen and how much it will cost to make it happen you can affect change at the company.

    Cons

Bit of a problem with putting too much emphasis on seniority.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at the quality of an employees work and what they can bring to the company going forward rather than how long theyve stuck around.

    Pros

The hiring bar is not that high. Get prepared and you should get the job.

    Cons

Training is not so good. There is no training. You have to be lucky to get a good mentor. Otherwise, you should be prepared to face the pressure in the first month.

    Pros

    Very fast paced environment.
    Lots of challenges to meet.
    Great management team.

    Pros

High motivation employees, very good control over development process even from SDE1 role, fast development cycle for a large company.

    Cons

Easy to work way more hours than you would somewhere else, need to be able to confidently say no and regulate your hours or you'll be in the office 60+ hours a week.

    Pros

Decent pay and hours for warehouse work. They have a lot of perks around holidays and such.

    Cons

Unreasonable rates required for warehouse workers. Management tends to micromanage staff, rather than help them get better.
