    Pros

Benefits and work stability. they pay you. its better than not working and not getting any money at all.

    Cons

Amazon sucks to work for. they work the life out of you and leave you a soulless drone under the authoritative leadership from their managers and PA 's who feel their power extend far beyond that of Jesus Christ himself . Their is no work life balance if you have young children you can forgot about getting involved in any of their school extracurricular activities. Amazon feels work is more important than family, period . They degrade you in front of other associates and make you feel worthless. RUN AWAY NOW

    Advice to Management

Listen to what your employees are telling you

    Pros

The work is pretty easy. It can also be fun since the inbound stations pair up two people so you can talk as long as you get your work done.

    Cons

You're on your feet for about 9 hours a day. Management has a lot of pressure on their back so it will trickle down to regular employees eventually.

    Advice to Management

Separate their own pressure to perform from the warehouse employees.
