Pros – Leads, No cold calling, District Manager sets up your appointments in workplaces and you just show up and start selling, Great opportunity and great products!
Cons – Expenses, expenses, expenses..., chargebacks, and mileage

Turndowns at locations when appointments has been set
Staff having no knowledge of us working at their facility that day

Cons – Poor managment and organization. Ineffective use of staff.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire a real manager and pay an appropriate wage.

Pros – AMBA has a great nche and phenomenal approach to reaching a segment of the market, retired or active teachers. 75% commission on Life and Cancer, 35% on LTC
Cons – You are a Captive Agent
1099 employee; however, management acting as if you are a salaried employee
Zero Compensation during Fast Start Training although you will be using your own finances for gas, ride alongs with your Manager
98% of the leads are NOT HOT Leads, as written in the letter sent to your home if you are being recruited- a HOT lead is not doing reverse address look up to find a phone number to someone who may or may not be an educator
District Managers who are incompetent, overbooked, and oversceduled but then trying to train you at the same time. Be prepared for calls an text messages at 9pm, 10pm at night
You do not receive business cards until you sold at least 7500 worth of premium but your Manager want you to go door knocking WITHOUT a badge or business cards
Advice to Senior Management – If the Regional & District Managers want to Monopolize your day and evenings during the training phase, then a salary needs to be given during the training phase whether it's 2, 4, 6 weeks while you are building your business.
During the FAST start program District Managers need to be available and not in meetings and trainings
