You work with the best talent in Silicon Valley. Catered food every night and cool hands on end product like Gopro.
Cons
Hard work. Start up environment. Stock based compensation in a down market.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep the salary wages rising. The longer the wait for IPO the more stock that is vested and the less incentive stocks become.
