Pros
Half days Fridays, it really allows for a lot of flexibility outside of the workplace.
Really nice employees, a lot of people work there for a long time.

Advice to Senior Management
Don't push the employee too hard just to make a lot of productions, that only ends in a lot of scrapped & losing money.More monetary benefits on skilled, hardworking employees.Hiring more knowledgeable, competent managers, supervisors in Operatioal and Quality department and office management staff.More strategic product manufacturing schedule and finally but not the least, try to improve the more product more for competitive advantage and replace the sales department people with a more better sales person who can really make good sales.
Pros
The projects are challenging, the engineering and design staff is competent, management/ownership is very good about showing appreciation to employees. It's a family atmosphere with opportunities for advancement and training.
Cons
Workforce fluctuates with economic conditions, but we all know this is the nature of engineering companies. Medical benefits could be better.
Advice to Senior Management
Improve benefit package.
Pros
The people the Owner and the workload is steady.
Cons
New employee's never get introduced.
Pros
Great staff of Engineers.
Always someone willing to help.
Some very interesting projects and industries.
Half day on Friday if work load allows.
Paid overtime.
Cons
Paperwork bureaucracy.
It's all about the billable hours with these guys. They are more concerned with hours budget than the customer. If you aren't billable, you will lose your job at no fault of your own. The place is a revolving door.
Almost exclusively petrochemical work.
Advice to Senior Management
You can't build a dependable, reliable staff when everyone is afraid that today may be my last day. Just because a manager does not allow non-billable hours on timesheets does not make him a good manager to the people in his/her department.
Pros
good learning experience, professional staff, friendly atmosphere
Cons
lack of proper training, no employmee training structure
