Pros
Good work life balance for most. Have recently moved corporate offices to the suburbs which can make travel easier for those in the eastern suburbs.
Cons
Have had massive senior management changes which has caused insecurity and confusion in strategic direction. Non CBD location makes it difficult to catch up with service providers in the city
Advice to Senior Management
Opportunity for improved linkage between vision, strategic objectives and business plans. Internal communication at head office could be improved.
