    Pros

This company has good benefits and good pay. They also have a very good tuition reimbursement program. The people are good to work with.

    Cons

There are lots of work hours, spontaneous overtime. Work/life balance is skewed toward work. I can't think of anything else as a con.

    Pros

Employees are knowledgeable. And very helpful in helping each other out .Lots of team work on all shifts.

    Cons

Poor management. Little to no effort to communicate with employees or offer support. Mismanagement of line usage

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees who have been doing the job for over 30years dont make up your own assumption of how things should work . The previous owners of this company ran this factory better than it is now . Employees are making less now than they were 5years ago while the cost of living continues to rise in Illinois.

    Pros

Collaborative culture with access to the benefits of a large organization with a mid-size company culture and climate. Good people, good environment.

    Cons

    Work hours can be demanding, especially for those in global roles covering multiple time zones;

    Advice to Management

Ensure employees, in addition to shareholders and execs, benefit from company growth.

Everyone should work here. If you don't work at a horrible company you won't know a good company is.

    Pros

Good pay. If someone looked at what everyone does it takes a lot of people to build success. 50% do nothing and the other 50% carry the other 50%. So if you enjoy hard work for 0 reconigition you have it here. It is obvious to everyone except management who is hold the company back. They do have quarterly bonus for safety and goals..most time its like $100.

    Cons

Don't get me started. This company has 0 loyalty to anyone. I have seen people fired after being put on a PIP ( personal improvement plan) no matter what they do managment has you marked to be fired even though that they have built the company and that gave everything for 25+ years only to be fired because of not being able to fix low moral. Anyone..I mean anyone could spend 10 min in there and see what's wrong.

    Advice to Management

Nothing. I am under the impression they know it all. When the boat sinks they will wave from the life raft.

  7. Its ok job. Bonuses Quaterly. Management handles things very differently than most companies will feed you when you do
