    Pros

Australian company with opportunities to grow. You will learn world class processes and have a change to use some of the newest systems and processes in the market.

    Cons

Too large for its own good. Top management is not in touch with front line workforce.

    Advice to Management

Listen and understand front line before making decisions. Some of the frontline workforce has a greater understanding of processes than someone 3000 miles away

    Pros

Zero. The bathrooms did not even have toilet paper. You had to use shop towels.

    Cons

Management consists of a few psychotic morons in a circus tent. If you like verbal abuse and enjoy employment compared to prison life, this is the place for you.
Career opportunities do not exist, especially if you are talented. Political skills will get you to the top of the mountain otherwise you will be trained as a puppet.

    Advice to Management

I doubt there is any advice to give.

    Pros

    Good compensation and benefits

    Cons

Management is out of touch and fails at onboarding new hires. They then blame their failures on the new employee. Promised support never materializes. Unstable management and favored employees can break zero tolerance policies with no ramification. A QA Manager violated a safety policy and put others at risk and the person who reported it was fired.

    Advice to Management

Get in touch with the front line managers. make sure there is not favoritism. Don't fire the whistleblowers.

    Pros

OK Salary and Benefits, not much other than that.

    Cons

The corporate management of the Fort Worth facility is abusibe and treats everybody at the plant as usless peons. The regional director fosters an environment of mistrust and promotes a culture of fear where the people is always concer of keeping the job instead of doing the job better. Proof to that is most of the managers are less than a year because the old managers got fired or quit.

    Advice to Management

Fire the regional director and assist the plant with training and not ruthless criticism and pure pressure. Change the culture from the one of fear to one of growth and reward that promotes team engagement and positive interaction where people can feel secure and care for the company instead of always be in the look out for a better job. Change the function of the site's HR team from looking for a better way to fire you to looking for a way to keep the talent.

    Pros

    Great pay and decent benefits.

    Cons

No work life balance and benefits are on the decline due to Obama care and the cost associated.
The director over the region is a sarcastic bully that's pushing out anyone that voices concerns about the direction of the company.

    Advice to Management

Retain your talented employees by listening to them instead of firing them when the voice concerns.
I worked hard for the company for over 24 years and worked my way up the ladder. I generally worked 12 to 18 hrs a day 7 days a week on salary.

It was obvious that all the older employees are being pushed out to bring in younger management.
