Good onsite oppurtunities...if you dont mind travelling for short terms...
Very challenging work...you can work anywhere in the world if you work here...
Good for people who are soft in character, it will change you completely
compensation is at par with industry, facilities at work place are good

Cons

Higher management is worst
They have good market base, but they dont know how to take advantage of it...They are not sure even if they can retain it..
Very high attrition rate..
No one currently present in the company has good knowledge of the product which they are selling in the market.
Recruitment quality has gone done during the recent times..

Advice to Senior Management

Please change your management if possible or else you will be left with your products and managers and your so called brand name..ONLY NAME...

You are the best in the industry..and it is very difficult to sustain it with the quality of your current managers

Just because one has been with company for 10 years he cannot become a manger.
Wrong leaders are catastrophic

Pros

Great benefits package (you would be hard pressed to find better) and management is very understanding if you need to take time due to a sick child etc.

Cons

Depending on the project there may be no chance for advancement.

Pay rises are on the small side.

Management don't always look to the far future but just concentrate on what is happening right now.

Reasonable salary and benefits, a little below market though

Very poor quality of work they do; They do not care of the quality

-You have to work hard and have to put more efforts. Work life balance is little concern.
-Amdocs standard is decreasing and leveling to other indian IT companies.

they give good salary for starters.
even if u are not satisfied with the company givings your stomach will be : good breakfast , snacks etc

they say the pay hike is not much as you would like to be .

Pros

Very good work culture. Really enjoyed the team work , the caballa shabaths and onsite trips. There were lots of opportunities to learn as well.

Cons

one of the problems with amdocs is its middle-management. My manager was recruited from out of amdocs and he coudnt appreciate the culture that amdocsers share.

Recruit the right people and make managers from inside the company who understand what the culture at Amdocs is like.
