Pros

people are nice but it's not enough to stay in a company...

stressful, not paid for overtime, no way to improve your technical skills

Advice to Senior Management

it's time to push back stupidity, disorganization and wrong scheduling as soon as it's spotted, doesn't matter if there is a big boss, stupidity have always the same size :) it's just stupid!

Pros

- Nice people to work with but it is just luck (at least for me)
- If you do R&D is a good tech env where you can learn a lot
- Good starting salary
- Opportunities to travel around the World

Cons

- You will not get a raise/promotion in the first 18 months
- After that raises/promotions are very rare
- *Israley* management is really poor: a lot of incompetent people "on the bridge" (phone call) from home while you are on the battlefield working 18 hours/day to meet an impossible deadline
- They virtually enslave poor third-world guys from Cyprus/India
- Bonuses are 1-2% of your salary (and it is good!)

Advice to Senior Management

- If we stop to code/create you stop to earn: rewards and promotions, please
- You are not so "agile" at the end.
