no good assignments for gurgaon employess.
onsite team is like god, they are the people who make all decision.
almost no independed project in gurgaon, pune center is kind of onsite for gurgaon.

Advice to Senior Management

try to reduce politics somehow - don't compare employees much, any employee doing show off should be prohibited instead of encouraging.
give exactly equal respect to offshore employees as onsite.

Now a days Company is not maintaining the Standard,which in terms of salary revision and cost cutting.

There Should be some standard when doing the salary revision and company should promote the employee other than the regular cycle if they are doing extremely well.
