You will have a chance to work in the projects for the best Telecom giants in the world such as Vodafone, AT&T, etc. Great place to learn and mend your skills. Good work/personal life balance. Good employee care and recognition if you work hard.

Cons

In every company, there is good and bad. Work sometimes boring. Compensation is above average. Career growth! forget about it at this moment of global crisis.

Get some challenging and interesting work, especially for Infrastructure Teams, where they get their skills and knowledge improved and become more productive.
