    Pros

    Food. Short onsite. Nthng else.

    Cons

No coding. No technology work. No growth. Too boring work. Long hours. Pressure from leads. Appraisal lies from 4% to 20%. People here are frustated

    Advice to Management

Use more open source tech. Do not trap people by intrviewing them in java and c++ coz u have no work in that area.

    Pros

    Good brand name
    Good free fruits and food
    Good work from home.
    Options are really good

    Cons

    Indian management is very poor
Do direction/iconic vp/director and just asking for work status.
But still its quite ok in Indian MNCs

    Advice to Management

Please remove the middle management and fill in the technical managers so that people are motivated to innovations.

    Pros

Huge organization with an OK work-life balance if you are lucky. Good health benefits compared to the rest of the market in Cyprus. Provident fund is also a plus.

    Cons

The management is horrible, at least in RMCC, they won't let you grow. Sometimes they will stop you from growing if they feel that you are too good in what you do, so it's worth leaving you at the same position for years. No real learning opportunities. Technology used is proprietary so once out, you have no transferable skills earned.

    Advice to Management

Be more kind to people. Care more for the professional growth of the employees.

    Pros

has potential to be a real international company but fails that test every time due to israeli bias over everything.

    Cons

Siloed. Top Management think they're at war all the time.
Israeli bias ruins its potential. Stuck in Services, Billing/Charging bias... Tells to get blinded by latest trend continuously. Under Invests in alternative programmes.

    Advice to Management

It would be pointless. Short term quarterly revenues decides all. A good company but will never be a great company !

    Pros

Good for those willing to work (or show off) in office for more than 11 hours everyday and be slave to the managers

    Cons

    Not good for females
    Very bad work-life balance

    Advice to Management

    Grow up!!!

    Pros

A company have comfort environment to work. Some good people are working there.

    Cons

    1. Company methodologies and technologies are completely outdated.
    2. The average professional level of your colleagues will be very low (say senior Java developer at Amdocs won`t pass technical interview for graduate position in more technologically advanced company), but still there are some highly skilled people there.
    3. No work-life balance.
    4. Bad planning.
    5. No salary rise. No promotion. No training. No bonus.
    6. There is no any kind of connection between employee evaluation process and benefits you can get. It`s a matter of your personal connections with senior management.
    7. No innovation.
    8. Talented people are not staying that long at Amdocs.

    Pros

If you work there for less than 7 years you get treated great.
Great place to get some experience then leave.

    Cons

If you work there for more than 7 years you start seeing your bonuses and your pay increases start going down.
Each year there is a “silent” layoffs, you never know if you are the own next or not.
There is very little planning and communication from the BU to BU specifically IT.
If you’re in the Americas get ready to be a “just do it” person, they don’t need someone to solve problems.
Management is completely clueless from the top down. They have no idea what it really takes to make the company run, all they care about is their bonus they get quarterly and yearly. So however they can increase their pockets is the better.
The teams run so lean that when there is a problem or someone goes on vacation you are forced into situations to be a firefighter.
If you are a skilled employee with much knowledge that has been there for a while it seems they want you to go.

    Advice to Management

Your loosing all your skilled workers that have all the knowledge. You should try to care about these employees as in the future you will probably need them.

    Pros

None, there is nothing good in it.

    Cons

Tons of it! Middle management are ignorant with all sort of politics to push away their responsibility.

    Advice to Management

Fire all the under-performed managers who cannot deliver!
