    I worked at Amdocs

    Pros

Nothing Pro in Amdocs but free fruits once in a week, usually in Friday. Good for one who likes politics rather than performing job.

    Cons

Guessable : never ending problems, restart apps is long term solution, long delivery of patch, always ask for money with CR. It's like Indian family only company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be less in playing politics, less talking and do more job than just talkactive.

Zero Work-Life Balance. Little compensation (very little) for above-and-beyond, go-the-extra-mile work.

I have been working at Amdocs

    Pros

Smart folks were around during my time. Flexible approach to employees.

    Cons

During my time (2007-2010) they were going through a downturn like the rest of the world and generally handled the situation badly. Time off policies were nice, compensation was standard but the work life balance could be killing.

  10.

    Pros

Stable and sustainable business with enterprise products. Management generally supportive if you demonstrate results and customer is generally happy. Competitive salary and benefits and reasonable work/life balance.

    Cons

From the account side of the business, kept at arms length from the underpinnings of the products. Cultural differences in style and communication can make getting things done difficult unless one adapts. More challenging to break into upper echelons of management if not of the right heritage. Unfortunate, but was true.
