Best Off-shore call center in Egypt
Cons
Rare Promotion Opportunities
Some managers are very unfair when it come to approvals
Taking excuses for days off is not always welcomed
Advice to Senior Management
The company has a very good reputation in the field of teaching and training, and very bad one when it comes to money and promotions
Pros
Stable, happy, branding, experience, development
Cons
Salary is not good, need to increase
Advice to Senior Management
Drive market
Pros
Short drive to work. Cannot not find any reasons to help this company look attractive, to someone looking for a job.
Cons
Upper management micro manages. Lower management insecure and will not train others. No procedures or guidelines to follow. New employees must have motivation to train themselves, if not, you will not be employed long. Low pay and no pay over 40 hours. Annual salary increases low. The heavy work loads are always placed on the same individuals. Everyone works against each other. No teamwork.
Advice to Senior Management
Do not make promises to promote or increase pay scales when you have no intention to fulfill commitments. Ameco needs to take a hard look at management to see who is on board to help the company move foreword. To many mangers pushing away from changes.
Pros
Great work/life balance
Great people within organization
Potential for consistent company growth
Decent benefit plan
Global presence
Cons
Company communication (information sharing)
Disconnected leadership
Business development tired and non-aggressive
Promotion/salary increase ratio beneath industry standards
Slow decision making process
Industry footprint needs improvement
Advice to Senior Management
Lead by example through the execution of the brand drivers that are touted as the AMECO way. If these were truly implemented, AMECO would be able to provide a much better solution to clients.
