    ProsMy boss is very understanding and the salary position enables work/life balance.

    ConsNo room for growth, an increase in pay, and money is the goals of the company. It is a business so yes money is important. I think that the revenue would be increased by customer/employee satisfaction.

    ProsGreat benefits. Friendly and supportive company culture. Excellent training and continuing education opportunities.

    ConsTech support was sometimes slow to respond due to their heavy load of calls for multiple sites, but they were always friendly and knowledgeable once support ticket was answered.

    ProsGood place to have meaning to your work. Good pay, good peers, solid senior management. Benefits are solid. Great place to move around to other areas of the company if you are interested and motivated. Top-notch tools.

    Consturnover in C-level; unknown future of company with recent layoffs, and KKR investement. no salary increases in 2 yrs in some departments.

    Would not work for again

    ProsCoworkers, patients, computerized documentation, direct deposit

    ConsDisorganized leadership, unrealistic expectations of staff, insufficient staff for number of patients, paychecks (even for salaried employees) never correct

    Advice to Senior ManagementGrowth will come but not if stability in local offices doesn't take place..get staff in place, stop using agency to fill gaps, be reasonable with expectations of current staff/patient ratio, LOOK at offices that have high turn over - should be a red flag about local leadership
