    Pros

Company is growing and expanding across country. Very innovative and progressive.

    Cons

Has become too corporate and has lost sight of valuing integrity in lieu of the bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Pay closer attention to employee's concerns and actually listen.

    Pros

Awesome corporate vision, culture and Direction. Benefits are better than competitors including health, PTO which is non-accrued, bonuses and others...

    Cons

The position I took does not compliment my strongest skill sets and responsibilities were not adequately communicated during the interview. I will most likely need to leave in hopes of re entering in another role. If you are not housed in the main building there is no place to go to take needed breaks or make personal phone calls. This is not do bad in the warmer months but the winter is brutal and you feel trapped with no outlet..

    Advice to Management

Include more detail about how the organization is structured during orientation. All humans need down time during long work days. All buildings should have at least a break room so that associates can regroup.

    Pros

    Not extremely stressful good opportunity

    Cons

Some talentless mangers needs to feel they know it all.
hr dept. Is not in your favor, don't bother going to then if you have any issue.
Be strong in your salary negotiations coming in because once in its very hard to get a increase on top of your range.

    Advice to Management

Put your ego aside and manage.

    Pros

Great benefits, competitive pay, admirable corporate mission. Management is typically fair and understanding of personal lives and commitments.

    Cons

A lot of corporate changes with minimal communication. Corporate secrecy is to be expected, but a little communication can go a long way.

    Pros

Pay is decent. I do not have any other pros for this organization. Not even the location because depending on your schedule traffic in that area can be a beast.

    Cons

Their definition of a flex schedule is that you pick a fixed schedule and stick to it. Also, they say you can telework but they actually make you telecommute. Lastly, they expect you to produce at a certain level of accuracy but do not give you the tools to do so and write you up if you cannot meet the requirement.

    Pros

Being able to work from home, bonuses and other incentives.

    Cons

Poor Management, Lack of employees, No room for growth, Talking down to employees, Constanly changing processes and deadlines

    Advice to Management

Please be more considerate to your employees and do not talk down to them. Also stop holding employees back from career advancements. Be fair and treat all employees equally and stop giving special treatment to certain employees. Lastly stop over working the employees and hire more employees to avoid mandatory overtime/ having employees work on holidays that the company is closed.

    Pros

Fun. Helping others understand Medicaid. Great mission statement.

    Cons

Cannot make mistakes. Poor training by team leads. Sneaky leads. Team leads never own up to their mistakes. They are the first ones to throw their teams under the bus to make themselves look perfect. If their team members made a mistake, how would that person know if they were never taught certain things. There are always 2 sides to a story. Glad I am out of there.

    Advice to Management

Watch closely who your leads are. They only tell you what you want to hear.

    Pros

Great health benefits, tuition reimbursement after 3 months of employment, and competitive salary

    Cons

Everything is chaotic and unorganized. Management does not care to dump work on you. There is no personal development or goals but expect to bring a lot to the table. Everyone smiles in your face and gossips behind your back even upper management. There is a new CEO and the VP of HR left just like many others. Clear red flag. The turn over rate is very high. There are people who can delegate but have no idea what their subordinates are doing so they pretend to know what you are doing. The communication is so poor you wont know about something important until its 5 minutes before announcement to the entire company. They try to sale you the pros of the company during the interview and do a great job but the only thing going for this company is benefits and a competitive salary. But if you want to be over worked and miserable with gossiping employees and mangers who choose favorites. Apply! Some of the employees are nice and professional while many others are ghetto. The systems are stone age and there are always constant issues. Some departments have the ability to work from home like customer service reps but otherwise you must be in management or have a nice manager to work from home. Its a shame but the company has good values when you look at it in black and white but in reality I am not sure where the direction of HR is going which is the backbone of the company. People are leaving left and right.

    Advice to Management

Look for ways to engage employees
    Provide professional development
    Provide goals
    Communicate!
    Promote within
    Update technology
    Reduce turn over rate
    Ask employees for feedback
Offer flexible work arrangements for all level employees
Create new roles for advancement such as senior level or supervisory roles
