Details
Pros
They are a very friendly and easy to work for compared to other companies. Need to be highly independent and willing to take leadership.
Cons
Communication is not that strong. Needed a strong salesman to augment great customer response level. Not that much support or direction from headquarters.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to drive harder for niche market investments instead of spreading yourself to thin. Mix up leadership away from family centric model, but not necessarily ownership but someone that could offer an unbiased advise
