Pros

The company offers a good benefits package, decent wages, and the staff is overall easy to get along with. My current manager is very personable and reasonable.

Cons

Raises are a joke. My cumulative raises over 2 years are less than a 90 day raise at most fast food joints, not only in percentage but in actual value.

Cons

limited career path, poor communication from management (removed from headquarters location), mediocre physical work environment, sometimes a feeling of little respect for individuals at my level, sometimes feeling we are blamed for management errors since we are an easy scapegoat

Advice to Senior Management

improved management training to achieve better and more timely communication with subordinates, allowing more input from our department in ways to improve services and better respond to client needs
