I have been working at AmeriPlan part-time for more than a year
Pros – Much better than a J.O.B.! I thought I wanted a job until I found AmeriPlan.....the freedom to work around my family instead of the other way around is amazing. Also, if I want a raise, I just do it. No asking, no evaluating, no reporting to my boss. I am my boss. Oh, and the training is phenomenal, never seen anything like it!
Cons – If you are not motivated, then a business is not for you. However, if you have the desire to create a better future for yourself and family, you can be trained to do it
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at AmeriPlan
Pros – I responded to an online “job posting” and received a very slick automated reply. However, it went into some detail about the company's products and business model, which is generally not the case with other 'work at home' schemes I've investigated. I replied with a few questions, and received a prompt response which answered all my questions completely and without deceit. Here's what I learned:
Recruits are obliged to buy a $20 annual subscription to online company support. You are also required to cough up a monthly fee which will dictate the commissions received on member recruitment and product sales. That fee STARTS at $50/month.
Cons – While I applaud them for being straightforward and transparent, an employer should pay the employee – not the other way around. The other way around is about as sketchy as it gets. If you jump into this and get burned, it's your own fault.

I have been working at AmeriPlan full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Financial freedom, a better career, never to downsized again and most of all unlimited money.
They pay daily so it is quick money plus they pay long term residuals that can help you retire in 2-4 years with six figure income if you choose to work. Flexible schedule great for stay at home moms. No charge backs great fro insurance agents. No hassle. Love them 16 years and still happy! Get started.
Cons – I guess you have to be friendly.
Advice to Senior Management – Thanks for your great visions!

I have been working at AmeriPlan part-time for less than a year
Pros – Work at home with a A+ Rating with the BBB. They have been in business for 20 years now and they enrolled over 700,000 IBO's who are all working at home and receiving residual monthly income. They provide outstanding customer service to customers and IBOs. There is not 1 bad thing about this company that I can think of and know of.
Cons – There are no cons that I can think of.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to have wonderful promotions for new IBO's, however, give current IBO's same promotions as current. Example: if the new IBO can enroll with 1 membership at a discounted rate, allow current IBOs to pay the same rate for same length of time as new IBO's.

I worked at AmeriPlan
Pros – Nice, casual working environment. Very nice and helpful co-workers. Very good working hours with rarely any overtime needed. Nice building.
Cons – Horrendous owners are the downfall of this company. I really don't see how they are still in business. There have been several layoffs which have left a rather lean and over-worked staff.

I worked at AmeriPlan
Pros – Other than the owners, the people there are great to work with.
Cons – Layoffs and downsizing are a big problem. There is not enough staff left to get the job done and those left are doing the work of a much larger staff. Too many calls to answer and spend all day answering them and unable to get anything else done. No raises in 6-7 years, only salary reductions.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop taking money away from the sales force by adding quotas and rules that drive away your best sales people.
