I would not advise anyone to seek employment at this company. They cannot keep employees for long periods of time. They also do not value their employees as people. The pay for the people working in the actual office is extremely low. Management does not value the opinion of employees at all. In fact if you are not a director you have no say so. I watched them fire people due to the mismanagement of funds. They have a hard time keep an accountant. Bills are overdue and the people in charge do not care. They want you to dedicate your life to this company, which in return will not pay you for what you are worth. The management staff is very disrespectful and tend to undermine the staff on a daily basis. The turn over rate at this place is ridiculous. They will pay distributors hundreds of thousands of dollars but will not give employees raises. Anyone who is seeking employment here please reconsider. You are better off at home collecting unemployment benefits or working at MacDonalds.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat your employees better.
Pay them what they are worth and not treat them as if they are slaves.
