1. Benefits.
2. Employee surveys are regular.
3. Some Depts. regularly nominate employees for special awards.

Cons

1. If you working in Finance or Marketing, there are almost no opportunities
2. All IT systems old and outdated (working very slow as well)
3. Training (outside of CPCU) is very limited
4. Your bonus depends on whether events (tornados, hails, etc). The more severe weather you get, the less bonus you will get the next year.

Advice to Senior Management

1. Do not micromanage people let them build their own networks.
2. Update your old systems.
3. Improve information workflow
