I worked at America's Job Exchange full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

When AJE started, it was a promising organization with highly motivated and energetic people. Today, it is a very different story. I cannot think of any pros for working here other than the fact that it is owned by Time Warner Cable.

    Cons

A very negative, awkward and uncomfortable work environment.
People not treated with respect. No room for innovation or ideas.
AJE is not invested in its people. There is no employee engagement, people come to work, do their job and leave - and this is every day .
Sales people, especially, are expected to sell from day one, given unrealistic targets and no training or support.
No communication within the team (of about 12 people). Most things come as a surprise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat people with respect.
Create a mission statement, a vision and a roadmap and follow them.
Communicate with your team. Motivate them, show them that they are valued.
Give people credit where it is due.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
