    Pros

Benefits were good never had time to use them.

    Cons

Your co-workers will throw you under the bus, your managers will let other employees curse you out and treat you like dirty and do absolutely nothing about it but tell you it's part of seniority. I was excited about work for this company then quick learned how the employees treat you.

    Advice to Management

Invest in new management with an open mind who cares about there employees would be a great start

    Pros

The travel benefits are decent. AA will take care of you in the event of a personal loss.

    Cons

The travel benefits. Not great, but doable. The compaany is inconsistent and does not demonstrate that they value their employees. And the company aids in the hostile environment.

    Advice to Management

Go back to the way Crandall ran AA. Fix mechanical issues on planes, even miniscule issues, immediately. This would increase on-time performance, company morale, and save AA money in the long run. Don't oversale the flights as much. You oversale by 7-15 pax, then buy people out of their trip with a hotel room and a $250, $300 or $500 voucher. That's wasting money.

  8. My experience working at AA was challenging.

    Pros

Company moving in a new direction or at least trying to. If you are relatively new at the company you won't mind the change; however if you are seasoned you won't.

    Cons

I still don't see this company being employee friendly. Management is at war with itself due to merger- US Air team verse AA team.

    Advice to Management

We all have the same logo (AA) on our pay checks so let's stop all the fighting.
