Advice to Senior Management – The possibility of losing employees based only on compensation seems to be bad business.

Current Employee – been working at American Baptist Homes of the West
Pros – Close to home and that's about all.
Cons – Pay increases only go to people who brown nose. Compensation is not based on performance but rather on who's behind you kiss.
Advice to Senior Management – Care about your employees. If you have a promising employee guide them into better positions and stop taking all the money for yourselfs.
