The ABFM is a great company to work for, however, this opinion may change depending on your dept.

ProsGood benefits and time off. Flexibility in scheduling to assist with work/life balance. Friendly and welcoming staff.

ConsSome departments, mainly administration, are not afforded the same policy benefits as others in terms of flexible work hours and lunches. There has also been a history of micromanagement and inflexibility to change. However, these cons do not seem prevalent in the IT and Communications divisions.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake sure that policies are enacted the same across the board for all departments.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
