Pros

They have a very strong parent company in Nucor. Good media info & estimating programs. Mostly knowledgeable staff & internal support.

Cons

As an outside builder, didn't receive the best communication at all times from the main offices. Seemed to be a lot of turnover in sales groups.

Pros

The company is owned by Nucor.
They claim to follow a " No lay-off" practice, .... though, don't know how long it would stay true.
Also Medical Insurance plan is decent.

Cons

Dishonest management, exploitation of employees, virtually no respect, appreciation, recognition or growth with low salaries and high level of stress.
It is as if the management is encouraging the employees to leave.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should learn to actually "take care of internal customers" and ensure that is run like a Nucor Company.
