Pros
Friendly environment, co-workers tend to be very caring and empathic, great benefits, friendly for women, working-mothers and family oriented individuals.
Cons
Is a very political environment, leading to oftentimes opaque promotion processes. Everything tends to go very slowly so this is not the place for the ambitious.
Advice to Senior Management
Seek out young individuals and nurture them so that they don't leave the organization within 2 years of joining it.
