I have been working at American Chemistry Council full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I hired on here more than a year ago, and it has been a marvelous experience! The upper management is approachable, friendly, and driven by a clear, concise mission. That mission drives the entire organization. We get clear, achievable objectives and the latitude that we need to execute mission-critical projects.

The physical plant is conveniently located within the Union Station complex, making the commute a breeze. The benefits are great, and the time-off policy is competitive. The management does encourage a good work/life balance, allowing folks the space they need to be productive and still have a personal life.

    Cons

So far, I haven't found any!

I worked at American Chemistry Council

    Pros

Everyone is very friendly and nice. Seeks to provide a comfortable working environment with good benefits and salaries.

    Cons

Issues are very challenging-- it's a lobbying shop and they are very aggressive in defending the industry almost to the point if not bring on the right side of issues managed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow for more diversity in staff in terms of backgrounds to allow for a more balanced approach to advocacy reflecting thectrends in the more progressive companies in the industry

    No opinion of CEO
