I worked at American College of Radiology
Pros – - The benefits are fairly standard (medical, which is not that bad compared to other companies, 403b (same as 401k), vacation, sick, and personal leave.
-The employee gatherings are nice (which happen on average once a quarter)- catered meals at those!
- In bad weather (snowstorms and such), they are VERY lenient about you leaving early (with people commuting from WV and far down 95 south).
-You WILL learn about radiology! Even if you are not working with doctors directly in your job, it is a nice place to learn about the Radiology field!
-The building is being renovated so BRAND NEW modern offices to work in. A lot of employees got brand new laptops issued to take home you can use for your personal use as well!
-NICE staff. EVERYONE in Q&S, membership, administration, legal, etc are VERY pleasant to work with and you will have a great time and feel loved! :) (GENERAL STAFF and SOME managers).
-They have the BEST RECEPTIONIST EVER. You will not get past the front desk without her making you smile. She is truly the face of the company! :)
-NICE xmas bonus (cash or visa gift card!) and holiday party.
-flexible working hours, some employees can telecommute with their laptop!
Cons – -MANAGEMENT: they either don't know how to do their jobs and are "floating" due to tenure and NOT skill....their underlings do all the work and the manager takes the credit....or they do NOT contribute when the chips are on the table and extra work is needed to be put in and we need their help. They always end up in some meeting or on vacation right at busy times...figures...
-MANAGEMENT: They do not know how to promote the best worker- they tend to promote their "best friend"....leaving those passed over for promotion upset- which causes a lot of people to rage quit in frustration.
-BIG office politics- I wasn't even involved but unwittingly heard a LOT of PERSONAL information about people that I should not have heard. Too much gossip and interpersonal drama in the office.
- raises are the standard 2-3%- which gets eaten up by the higher health insurance rate that happens every year. You have to FIGHT for more....literally....
Advice to Senior Management – Promote the person who can do the job, don't just promote someone because you like them better personally than someone else- we are here to WORK not be best friends!!!!

I worked at American College of Radiology full-time for more than a year
Pros – Some nice people to work with and that is about it.
Cons – If you are not upper management, you really do not matter much. Overworked, underpaid, and no room for growth. Money is wasted on the privileges for upper management and the board while the front line employees are expected to do their job with very little. There is no sense of true teamwork throughout the college. It is a good old boys mentality. The CEO, while a nice man, is out of touch.
Advice to Senior Management – Wake up and pay attention to your employees who make it all happen. The HR department is one of the worse I have ever seen; no real caring about employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Good Pay for employees, the work will be good and friendly environment. Its a place to work for long time and you will have great job security.
Cons – I do not know exactly the negatives or downsides of the company but again it differs from which you are working and to what location you are referring to.
Advice to Senior Management – I would like to say the job performed by them is one of the best they can ever do. Great Job!
