Try to take into consideration how the members of your team feel.
Pros
They train people with no travel experience to become Travel Counselors. They do rehire people who leave on good terms with the company. You get all the travel agents benefits with your IATAN card.
Cons
The job is very stressful. They change their game plan often. You learn one difficult task or requirement of the job, get rated for your ability to apply that new task, and then a few months later they decide to remove that skill. They don't offer part-time or flex-time options, only full-time. The company is 'clicky' and they do hire and promote their favorites regardless of whether or not that person is qualified. There is a lot of 'talk' about making changes to better the environment but it's all a lot of hot air.
Advice to Senior Management
I really don't care to have advice at this time. I believe they are well aware of the problems that exist at the center but have chosen to ignore them.
